The Wellness Tracker

I built a simple Wellness tracker to keep myself accountable to my progress. It's time to find my best self! 

 

Week 1. 11/20-11/27: Readiness Avg: 74

I made the difficult but necessary commitment to stop running away from my problems and face them head on! 

Week 2. 11/27-12/3: Readiness Avg: 68

The first week of cold turkey was rough, but I held strong on the commitment to myself. 

Week 3. 12/4-12/10: Readiness Avg: 67

I finally had a slightly better week, but my sleep is still incredibly poor. 

Week 5. 12/18-12/24: Readiness Avg: 68

The week leading up to Christmas has been difficult. Too many things going on ... 

Week 6. 12/25-1/1: Readiness Avg: 69

The Holiday Week was very eventful but exhausting. 

Week 7. 1/1-1/7: Readiness Avg: 74

Still alive. Need to make a big push ahead of my birthday! Need to get on top of my diet!

It's been a crazy week. Wayy too much caffeine just to survive.
